Our team has been involved in the 6 Lanning Street Baranduda display home designed by Greenest House and Ausplan Design Group and constructed by Gilchrest Homes that won the 2021 Master Builders Association North East Victoria: 'Display Home of the Year' and the 2021 Design Matters National 'Best ESD Design'. This home was rated at a simulated result of 7.7 Stars and also 8 Stars 'as built' as well as receiving an almost 9 Star Residential Energy Efficiency Scorecard (R.E.E.S) assessment rating.
